Shipping to the UK will cost £1.00 per puzzle. All puzzles will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class post (large letter).

Regretfully, we have had to take the difficult decision not to ship our puzzles to the EU. Since July 2021, the rules relating to imports from the UK mean that you, our customer, may be liable for VAT, import duty and handling charges which could at least triple the cost of your puzzle. In the interests of good customer service, we do not want to place you in the position of having to pay substantial charges.

We are happy to ship to these countries but this will cost £4 per puzzle. Please note that, on the basis of the information available to us, it appears that customers in these countries should not be subject to additional charges. However, should this situation arise, it will be the responsibility of the customer to meet the additional cost.

We are happy to ship to other countries outside the EU. Please contact us on [email protected] and we will provide you with an “at cost” quotation for postage and a link to purchase your puzzle. Please note that you will be responsible for any charges levied by customs or postal authorities in your own country.
