Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Jigsaiz, so if you have any queries or comments at any stage, please send us a message ([email protected]).

The copyright for all designs remains with Jigsaiz Ltd, unless subject to prior agreement with the customer. The copyright for all photographs supplied to us by customers for use in designs remains with the customer concerned, and we undertake not to re-use these in any form.

We reserve the right to re-use either full designs or elements of designs we have created for customers. We would only ever use these in an anonymised form, and we would never reproduce a name, a photograph or any detail that would allow someone to be identified.

Each puzzle is made to order. We normally dispatch jigsaws within 2-3 working days.
 
If there are any changes to the dispatch timescale for any reason (e.g. during holiday periods), we’ll always provide information on the website.
 
When you make an order, you’ll receive an acknowledgement. Then, once the jigsaw is ready, we’ll let you know when it’s dispatched.
 
We can also send you a PDF image of your puzzle on request, which you can send on to your recipient if they really need a picture (but we hope they won’t!) All you need to do is email us ([email protected]), tell us your order number and ask us to send the PDF. There is, of course, no charge for this service.
Because many of our jigsaws are personalised, customised items, these cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective. If this is the case, please contact us when you get your puzzle, and send us a photograph of the damaged packaging or product and we’ll replace it free of charge.
 
We can’t accept cancellation of orders, once they’re placed (again because of the bespoke, personalised nature of the product).
 
However, you can contact us at any time, if you have any problem with your order (email us on [email protected]). We’ll always do our best to find a resolution.
